If picking Breezehome I will stick to Companion questline and the main questline in combination because they work well together. I have picked other houses in the past when playing a well to do Nord, but generally if I pick the own property selection it will be one of these two. Player Home - I generally will choose Breezehome or Honeyside as they aren't super lavish.
When I get bored I will say my camping trip is over and hopefully by then it's been a few days and I have lots of meat that I've caught for not only food, but to sell in market to the meat vendor.
